Return Policy

We stand behind everything we sell.  We are committed to your having the best for your fashion needs.

We offer a 7 day return policy for all products we sell. If something goes wrong with an eligible product and you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, we will help you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement, exchange, or refund.

After 7 days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered. However, if you are not satisfied with an item for any reason and the return policy has expired, you can still contact us via [email protected] and we will try to help if we can.

For request to change an eligible items which are not defective, you will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or a voucher refund.

Return Process

  1. Registration of Complaint:  Call or email us to register your complaint before the return policy expires.
  2. Review of Complaint:  We (and the seller, if applicable) will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. Feedback on Complaint:  Your complaint is reviewed, your item may or may not be authorized for return depending on the “Return Eligibility” below.
  4. Return of Item: If return is authorized, you will be asked to return the item within the timeframe communicated while ensuring that the items meet the “Return Eligibility” blow.
  5. Return Confirmation: Once your return is received you will receive a confirmation call/sms/email, however if the item does not meet the criteria required in “Return Eligibility”, your return may be declined.
  6. Resolution Processing: Depending on the exact issue, final resolution after return confirmation may happen very quickly or may take longer.
  7. Final Resolution: Your Repair, Replacement, Refund or Exchange will be on its way to you.
  • On refund option; we shall credit you with a store voucher the cost of the item (excludes shipping fee) so you can use on our website ( for your next shopping.
  • If you choose the option of Cash Refund, your account shall be credited within 72hrs.
  • On Replacement/Return; If Invalid, we shall send the item back to you. Please allow for 3 days after retrieval for Lagos orders; 7 days for orders outside Lagos.

Return Eligibility

  • You call us to register your complaint within 7 days after delivery.
  • The item is still in new condition
  • All Clothing items must not be worn at all
  • All clothing items must carry their tags, seals and all accessories intact
  • Watches, Jewelries and Makeup/Kits must carry all packaging including manuals, warranty cards
  • Shoes must remain in their packaging box without opening
  • Product must not be damaged due to mishandling
  • Product Seal must not be broken
